Founders Story
My path to leadership development began in an unexpected place: the competitive world of banking. As a former college athlete, I thrived in this environment, rising rapidly through leadership positions by channeling my competitive drive into measurable results. But it was what I learned about human potential along the way that would shape my true calling.
Leading high-stakes teams revealed a fundamental truth: exceptional leadership isn’t about imposing a single style—it’s about understanding and unlocking the unique potential in every individual. I developed a reputation for transforming struggling teams into high performers by focusing on what others overlooked: the human element in leadership. This approach didn’t just elevate performance metrics; it transformed careers and lives.
A pivotal moment of clarity led me to realize that my impact could reach even greater heights. I left banking to pursue a deeper mission: creating transformative leadership experiences that blend rigorous methodology with authentic human connection. This journey took me through roles as a university director, leadership center founder, and executive coach, each step lifting my expertise to drive meaningful change.
One of the most impactful chapters of my journey came through a decade-long partnership with a Big 4 accounting firm, where I led their flagship leadership program. Overseeing 80+ executive coaches and guiding the transformation of more than 22,000 leaders across 54 programs reinforced a powerful insight—nothing is real until it is experienced. True leadership development isn’t just about frameworks or theory; it’s about immersing leaders in experiences that challenge their assumptions, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen human connection.
